Phone call
We call candidates to confirm that they are still interested, provide details on their potential duties, and learn what they expect from the company and the job. We respect your time. That is why you will get feedback after a specific time following the conversation inviting you to an interview or thanking you for your effort with a justification.
Stage 4
Face to face interview
It is the pinnacle of the recruitment process for us, so we provide the best comfort and ambience for the talk. The interviews can be online or in-person depending on the candidate's preferences. The meeting is usually attended by an HR representative and the Manager of the department you apply to. We will talk about your experience, motivation, and professional preferences. You will also get the most important insight into the company and the job. Some positions may require two interviews or recruitment tools. You will always know how long the process will take and how many parts it has.
